Stacey began her teaching journey as a substitute teacher, while her twin daughters were enrolled at the Co-op. She always jumped at the opportunity to come into the classroom for parent helper days, and served on the Board of Directors, which is where her love for childhood education began. She will always be thankful for the sense of community and love of school that it has provided to both her and her children, and she is beyond thrilled to be an Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K room! Her favorite part of the school day is choice time, watching the children use their imagination, engaging in pretend play and fostering friendships. Stacey has a BSc in Criminology and followed a career in Human Services, in her spare time she loves to spend time gardening, baking and exploring the outdoors with her children.
