As a parent of a preschooler I always proudly told everyone my child went to the Sudbury Co-op. This school focuses on children’s social development without missing a beat getting them ready for Kindergarten. The access to kind teachers, specialists, and other parents helped my son when it came time for his Kindergarten screening. He was able to talk frankly with the professional and show off his personality as well as his smarts. As we were leaving, the professional pulled me aside and couldn’t stop gushing about how smart my child is. It’s his experience with the Co-op that let him show his abilities so easily. He’s more than ready for kindergarten, and he’s ready to stand on his own.
